We had the most wonderful experience with the people at Ball Park Floral. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for the top of my mom’s casket but had to downsize to keep in budget. They were so accommodating and the bouquet they made was simply breathtaking. Thank you for making our memorial so very special! Bill and Cathy

Lovely, reputable floral shop in the John Ball neighborhood. My family and friends, as well as myself have purchased fresh flowers here several times, including beautiful peonies, and have always been impressed with the quality and service. They have a nice selection of flowers available for walk-in customers, as well as many cute gifts and unique items. They also created the floral arrangements for my father’s funeral last year, and everything was absolutely beautiful. They were able to customize the arrangements by incorporating antlers, which made the tribute feel incredibly personal and meaningful to our family. The flowers were fresh, thoughtfully arranged, and exactly what we had envisioned. Prices are a little higher than some places, but the quality, creativity, and attention to detail make it well worth it. I would highly recommend them for everyday flowers, special occasions, and meaningful life events.

*** UPDATED *** My initial review was 1 star with the notes below. Subsequently, I received a phone call from the delivery manager who really went above and beyond to reach a resolution. I have to say that I rarely experience customer service like this in our modern age and felt it appropriate to add these notes and revise the review from 1 to 4 stars. Nice job, Ball Park Floral!!! I am thoroughly satisfied!!! The original review is below... I purchased flowers to be delivered ($11 delivery fee and all) to my mother on her 75th birthday only to have her have to go to your store to PICK UP her own birthday flowers?!? So disappointing. Unfortunately, she was not home on the first delivery attempt (I was trying to surprise her on her birthday as I live 600 miles away). But to call her and give her the choice between coming to pick her own birthday flowers up vs. having them delivered on a different day seems to be a very lazy approach at best. Thoroughly disappointed.

Absolutely lovely blooms! I received a wonderful bouquet of my favorite, peonies and hydrangeas. The cherry on top was the amazing delivery experience I had with Renz; he was so accommodating and had my bouquet carefully delivered right to my hands! I will definitely be a return customer, and I highly recommend their service and gorgeous flowers. :-)

If you are searching for a florist for your wedding or any special occasion, look no further than Ball Park Floral! the flowers are simply breathtaking! I worked with Kim, she possess a true gift! My centerpieces were absolute showstoppers, exceeding even the most beautiful images I had saved on Pinterest. They were what I envisioned for our wedding day. My wedding bouquet was nothing short of stunning. I truly appreciate their ability to bring my vision to life; I sent over numerous inspiration photos, not all my inspiration photos went together but they expertly blended everything together making my vision cohesive. I can’t speak highly enough of Kim, she made my bouquet and it’s was so stunning I that I immediately scrambled to find a way to preserve it – it would have been a shame to let that bouquet fade. It was everything I dreamed of and more. Every single person I interacted with at Ball Park Floral was a delight. I worked primarily with Kim, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
